Rules & Regulations

Package Include:

• Train Fare [Sleeper Class]
• All site seeing according to the tour programme
• Food (bed tea, breakfast, lunch, evening snacks with tea & dinner)
• 1L packaged water per head on train journey (outbound & return only)

Package Does Not Include:

• Porter charges, tips, alcoholic beverages
• Camera entry fee, pony-dandy, cable car, boating, laundry charges
• Any other personal expenses

1. Tour Manager may modify tour program for success. His decision is final.
2. No berth/seat guarantees; train food via railway or own arrangement.
3. No refund for issues like political unrest, disasters, or train cancellation.
4. Rooms are usually family-wise except in special pilgrimages.
5. Extra charges apply if double bed room is used singly.
6. Upgrade to A.C. class or air travel possible with fare difference.
7. 30% advance at booking; balance 20 days before tour.
8. Children: under 4 yrs pay 20% service charge; 5–11 yrs get 20% discount.
9. Passengers are responsible for their own luggage except at hotels.
10. Tour cost may rise with fuel/railway fare hikes after booking.

Rules for Cancellation of Tour

1. 30+ days before journey: 15% cancellation charge per head
2. 30–15 days before journey: 30% per head
3. 15–07 days before journey: 45% per head
4. 07–03 days before journey: 75% per head
5. Within 72 hours of journey: No refund
6. No telephone cancellations or booking changes
7. Cancellation requires Advance/Final Voucher
8. No charges if the tour is cancelled by the agency
9. No requests for cancellation rule relaxation will be entertained
